This training activity held in Estonia in January 2019 provided youth workers’ with new tools and knowledge on entrepreneurial learning which could possibly operate as the main catalyst in inspiring young people to be entrepreneurs and accelerate the further development of youth entrepreneurship culture across the EU. All training activities were planned to support the achievement of the project goals. The participation in it, helped participants to easily cope with the tasks and share and learn relevant good practices. In order to validate the learning outcomes, all participants received a certificate of attendance and of the undergone training, issued by the host organisation. In addition, YOUTHPASS was used to specify the knowledge and skills gained as a result of their participation in the training activities.
This activity also produced a sustainable positive effect on youth organisations from where participants come from. In fact, there will be several follow-up projects on youth entrepreneurship in partners local community using the knowledge acquired throughout the training activities.
